Lodging will be at the newly renovated Clarion Inn & Events Center in Pueblo, CO. Last year we were fortunate to be the first group that the Clarion Inn & Events Center allowed to use their newly renovated hotel. It was definitely everything that they promised and more. We are so excited to host camp there again in 2024.

All rooms have two queen beds. Each room will accommodate 3-4 campers. Campers wanting to guarantee a bed to themselves must pay an additional $300 housing fee. Please contact Coach Ramsey with any questions.

Those individuals not on a team or a team without a coach wanting to request roommates should e-mail your request to Coach Ramsey by June 1st. Individuals that are a member of a team that is coming to camp with a coach should contact their coach about their room assignments. Your coach will be coordinating your rooms with Coach Ramsey.

There will be a variety of catered meal options available during the week. Meals will be provided starting with breakfast on Monday, June 17th. The evening meal prior to the campers first session on Sunday night will be at the camper's expense except for those riding the bus from the Kansas City area. There are always sandwiches and fruit available for those that get hungry between meals.

All camp meals take dietary sensitivities into account. Our camp has provided gluten and dairy free options since our first camp in 2002. All other dietary sensitivities are closely monitored and adhered to from the beginning of camp. Those campers with dietary sensitivities will be allowed to eat first at every meal to avoid any possible chance of cross contamination.
