Garden of the Gods - Park of natural wonders filled with many running trails.
Rob Lake - Master Magician who will perform a magic show during the camp.
OmegaWave Machine - We are the only camp in the country that has this feature. The OmegaWave Machine does everything a VO2Max treadmill test can do and more importantly you can be tested daily without any adverse training effects. Each camper/coach will be tested and the results will be sent back from the camp with the athlete.
Nick Vujicic - A master motivator will join the campers for a powerful session during the camp.

IMPORTANT NOTE -
Camp staff will include many successful college, high school and age group coaches to answer any and all questions. Camp counselors will include many elite and collegiate runners. Several women counselors have run at or under 16 minutes for 5K. There will be at least one counselor or staff member for every seven (7) runners. You will have the opportunity to train with people of similar ability. Each run will be monitored by camp staff to make sure that you are not over training. Runs will be for training purposes only and will not be allowed to turn into races. The camp staff will be teaching and answering questions during the runs. Special emphasis will be placed on proper technique. Altitude training will be available.
